Please call us on 08454 70 80 90 option 2, when exiting the motorway at junction 10 or when you are 10 minutes away from the airport if travelling from other routes to inform us of your impending arrival.
Due to new airport regulations our drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes within the Priority Set Down area - (drop off and pick up area).
Every driver carries personal identification and copies of insurance documents should you wish to inspect them - just ask!
Our driver will help to unload your luggage, inspect your vehicle’s condition and double check your return flight details with you.
Please remove all keys other than those for your car from your key ring - Park and Fly Luton can only take responsibility for vehicle keys.
The driver will ask you to sign their paperwork, give you a copy for your records, and wish you Bon Voyage!
Your personal driver may also need to contact you ahead of your drop off time so please make sure that the mobile number you provided on the booking details is the one that you have with you on your journey to the airport!
LATE/EARLY ARRIVALS
In circumstances where customers may be running over 20 minutes early or late than their allocated dropping off time we may ask you to follow the signs to the MID TERM Car Park drop off area (number 1 on the map) first. There will be no charge for waiting in this car park. Your driver will then call you when they need you to proceed to the PRIORITY SET DOWN area (number 3 on the map) where they will be waiting for you.

Once you’re safely inside the terminal building you should receive a ‘Welcome Home’ text message from us as soon as you switch your phone on.
This indicates that we have tracked your return flight and and your driver is waiting close by with your car.
After collecting your luggage, and clearing Customs, please head out to the PRIORITY SET DOWN area (number 3 on the map)
Once in this area please call us on 08454 70 80 90 option 2, to inform us you are ready to take collection your car, and our driver will head directly over to meet you.
Due to new airport regulations it is essential that customers do not call until they are in the priority set down area as the airport have now imposed large fines to customers who stay over the allotted 10 minutes.
Once you have met your driver he will swiftly walk you around the car to confirm its condition and ask you to sign for its safe return.
If he didn’t meet you on your outward leg he may ask to see your ID to make sure that we’re returning the right car to the right customer.
Our driver will also arrange for the £1.00 exit fee from the Priority Set Down area to be paid on your behalf.
| CHANGING your plans |

We know that plans can change and we’re ready to react to make your journey as smooth as possible.
Please call us on 08454 70 80 90 with any changes to your booking details. Changes made more than 48 hrs in advance will receive a refund in full, minus a £10 administration charge, within that time we reserve the right to make a small charge. Cancellations made within 48hrs of your confirmed drop-off time will incur a fee equal to our minimum charge (currently £50) – any balance will be automatically refunded to your card.
If you need to cancel within the 24 hr notice period no refund can be made; we can provide an invoice which should be used to claim against your travel insurance – assuming that you have some and it covers the relevant circumstances leading to your need to cancel.

If you are running late (or even early) on your way to the airport, please call us and let us know; we'll try to be flexible. However, should you arrive more than 15 minutes early or late without letting us know, we can’t guarantee to book you in immediately. Any short term parking costs will be your responsibility in such cases.
If you experience an unavoidable return delay, please inform us as soon as possible - we are happy to offer a 1 day grace period where you will not occur any additional charges for car parking. After this period, you will be charged at our standard rate for each additional day or part day that your vehicle remains in our car park. If you do not inform us of your delayed return, you will be charged £5 to cover administration, plus the cost of our standard daily parking rates.

animals from rabbits or guinea pigs and hamsters, to reptiles. After collection of your vehicle from the airport our driver will deliver your pet into the safe hands of Woodside’s professional staff who will give them the care and attention they need whilst you relax on holiday.
